Push pin piercing. And forget about the thread!

Surely more than once you have fought with your piercing to screw the top to the bar, right? Well, we have the solution! The piercings with a threadless fastening system, or “push pin” will make your life much easier.

We explain it to you! Every piercing consists of two parts. The bar and the top. The bar is the part that goes through the hole. And the top is the visible part of the piercing.

Every labret piercing, which is the one you use for example in the lobe, in the helix or in the tragus), has a bar with a flat part. It is the part that remains in the posterior area of the perforation. And on the front it usually has a thread (internal or external). That’s where the top is screwed, which can be a zirconia, a trinity, a rhombus…

A “push pin” or threadless system piercing also has the two parts we mentioned before: the labret bar and the top. The difference is that the bar is not threaded. It only has one hole. And the top does not end in a thread either, but rather with a smooth, fine and long tip, which fits perfectly into the hole in the bar. You just have to exert a little pressure to fit the top on the bar. It is a much more comfortable system when putting on and taking off the piece and totally safe.

All these “push pin” jewels have the mirror polished implant grade titanium labret bar. This material is ideal for recent piercings, because it is hypoallergenic. Facilitates good and rapid healing of the perforation.
